₹ 5000/- per Head for should be deposited at the time of Booking 120 Days before departure of the Journey and final payment should be made before 20 days from the date of Journey by Cash/ Draft/Online Bank Payment.
Entire Tour’s Train Ticket borne by the Party. Regarding Tour’s Train Tickets (Up & Down) We can assist you. In that case you have to follow our fixed Tour Itinerary.
We are unable to provide any Foods during the Train Journey (Up & Down).
We will not provide Mineral Water Bottle during the Tour Schedule.
All Meal( Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks with Tea/ Coffee and Dinner) will be provided by the Company.
All Package will be departure from Howrah, Sealdah, Kolkata (Chitpur), Shalimar Station. You have to reporting above mentioned Station in due time as per our Tour Itinerary.
Accommodation is usually on Twin sharing (2 Adults) Basis and Triple sharing (2 Adults + Child) basis. We also provide Family-wise room i.e 3 Adult persons in a Double Bedded room. In case of 4 Persons in that case One Extra Mattress / Cot will be provided in the same Double Room. Normally Room allotment will be family-wise as per the Tariff Structure in the website and Tour agreement with the Company.
Management will not undertake any liabilities, towards any loss / damage of Life, property or any other belongings whatsoever of the Tourist, caused by any accident / thefts / robbery or any other unwanted happenings during the tour.
Company have every right to change the Route & increase the Tariff Rates at any time if the circumstances beyond its control.
Due to Natural Calamity, Strike, Train cancelled by Indian Railway and for the Political Disturbance if the Tour is cancelled, Passenger have to pay Rs. 2000/- as detrimental charges to compensate the cost which was spent by Us.
If any schedule tour cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, in that case Company will refund full Advance Amounts without any deduction and without any interest whatsoever. Otherwise You can make adjust that advance amount against the our schedule tour within the running year as per your choice.
In case the tour extended for any unavoidable circumstances the actual extra cost will have to be borne by the Tourist on the spot. If the any spot will remain closed during the sight seeing in that case Company will not be responsible or unable to make arrangements to visit that place / places on any other alternative days.
For Cheque Payment or Online Payment You have to pay 2.5 % Extra against every /advance payment.
All payments should be made against proper agreement & money receipt of the Company.
Booking of seat means that the tourist has accepted the all Terms and Conditions of the Discover India Tourism, knowing it all clearly.
All legal issues will be solved in Berhampore Jurisdiction.
